    1. You have to think first about when you sent it, and what their typical business hours look like! If you sent it Friday afternoon, it’s not unreasonable that they might not even get to open and consider all their email by late Monday, even Tuesday of the next week once they get “unburied”. Also different businesses might not check email on their phone or just login via a business desktop only. I would adjust based on those factors and aim for three-ish days.

      If it’s possible or within budget, interacting with their social profile for unrelated topics in a genuine way can help remind them if they got a notification, but haven’t opened it replied yet.
